The GS348Q Series 7 Smith Machine by Body-Solid

The Series 7 Smith Machine offers a 7-degree reversed pitch and allows for natural upper and lower body movements. This unique feature, not found in traditional Smith Machines, maximizes muscle interaction. User safety is ensured with 20 cross-member lock-out points that can be accessed by rotating the bar 15 degrees. With this feature, a spotter is not required.

The machine also includes a 14-position gunrack with 17" extra heavy-duty safeties, also set to a 7-degree reversed pitch, for freeweight exercises. This provides convenient lift-off points and predictable racking. The Series 7 is compatible with any bench and is perfect for intense chest and shoulder routines. For even more exercise options, the optional Selectorized Lat Attachment can be added for high and low cable exercises, lat pulldowns, triceps pressdowns, cable crossovers, and more.
