As the user focuses on their quadriceps, glutes, and calves, the precisely crafted design of the Leg Press/Hack Squat Machine reduces strain on their bones and joints. The user has full control over three lockout positions during each exercise, providing both safety and the ability to choose from various starting and stopping points. This machine is compatible with Olympic style plates, and weight plates are also available as an additional option.
