The Body-Solid GFT100 Functional Trainer is a multipurpose and reliable piece of equipment that is ideal for use in home gyms, garage gyms, and fitness facilities.
It features two 160 lb. weight stacks, which can be upgraded to two 210 lb. or two 310 lb. weight stacks. Additionally, the optional weight stack shrouds not only provide a sleek appearance, but also enhance safety. With its dual weight-stack design, it allows for balanced training and iso-lateral movements.
The Body-Solid GFT100 has a 1:2 stack to resistance ratio, allowing for small and precise weight adjustments. Users can perform a wide range of exercises such as flys, presses, squats, lunges, shrugs, rows, curls, extensions, press downs, and crunches, among others.
