With a 30° angle for precise biomechanical movement, a combination of 2" x 2" and 2" x 4" supportive steel provides both structural integrity and comfort. Simply pull the jumbo pop pin to lower the lifting arm and use the rotating v-bar handle for intense arm curls. For a triceps workout, just adjust and lock the lifting arm. Once again, Body-Solid offers two functions for the price of one.
