The addition of the BFLA100 Lat Attachment to your BFPR100r Power Rack allows for a full-body workout in the convenience of your own home. With features such as a high and low pulley and a no cable change design, this attachment is perfect for performing various exercises including lat pulldowns, rows, biceps curls, and shrugs.
Accommodating both standard and Olympic weights with 1" diameter weight posts and nylon-coated, aircraft quality cables, the BFLA100 ensures durability and safety during intense workouts. Additionally, this attachment comes with a lat bar and low row bar, and is compatible with a wide range of other attachments for added versatility.
