7. Where is The Strength Source located?

We are proudly headquartered in Houston, Texas. But we also ship equipment out of our suppliers warehouses across the U.S. as necessary. 

8. Do you offer price matching?

Yes, price matching is provided upon the following conditions: the competitor is selling the exact same product, offers free shipping, and ships directly from the manufacturer.

9. Is there any tax on my order?

The only state in which we charge sales tax in is Texas, other states are currently exempt.

Thank you for choosing The Strength Source for your premium fitness equipment needs. We strive to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Order Processing

Orders placed on our website are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared to be shipped to your location, and then you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location:

  • Orders placed are typically delivered within one week from the date of shipment. There is a possibility that it can be sooner as delivery times may vary based on your location and local postal services.
  • Our Shipping time is 5-7 business days. Handling time is 1-3 days, transit time is 3-4 days. So you can estimate that your order will arrive within or around one week. There may be slight delays during transit that can increase the lead time slightly.

    How We Ship Your Order:

    • Small items are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
    • Large equipment such as home gyms, treadmills, weight sets, etc., are shipped via Freight,  trucking companies.
    • Truck deliveries are CURBSIDE ONLY. You must be present to receive, sign for, and assist with unloading the equipment.
    • For special delivery requests or instructions (e.g., inside delivery), please contact us in advance to arrange accordingly.

    Receiving Your Order:

    • Before accepting any deliveries, inspect the packaging for visible damage.
    • Ensure the number of cartons matches the shipping documents you sign.
    • Have the driver note any damage or shortages on the delivery receipt before signing.

    High Demand Situations

    During periods of high demand or special promotions, some orders may experience delays beyond our standard shipping times. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you of any delays and provide updates on the status of your order diligently.

    Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are currently FREE within the U.S, excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska, which will require a custom quote. We currently only ship in the USA.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track the status of your delivery. These tracking numbers will go out after the order has been processed.

    Shipping Restrictions

    Please note that we currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska will have custom shipping quotes.
